I read a letter that was written by Miguel Rios, who is running for school board in the Town of Center. He said he had written and secured grant funding for several businesses within the Town of Center.

I was dumbfounded! He did NOT write these grants for these monies that were awarded to these businesses. It was the Vista Volunteer, Keith Brockhurst that did all the work, a.s far as writing the grants and footwork.. I was astounded that Miguel Rios would even make this kind of statement, knowing he did not do the work. Please give credit where credit Is due.
